In short. The Aitra app has no user accounts and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts. It only uses anonymous identifiers to enforce free‑usage limits and verify subscriptions. You can request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous identifier at any time by emailing aitra@aitraapp.com.
This page explains how to request deletion of data related to your use of the Aitra mobile application ("Aitra", "the App"), provided by the Aitra developer. Because the App has no sign‑in and no user account, we do not hold information that identifies you personally. We hold only anonymous, app‑generated identifiers and the usage records tied to them.
Aitra Data Deletion Request. You can also delete most data yourself instantly by uninstalling the App (this removes all on‑device data) and by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings.
Upon a valid request we delete the data associated with your anonymous identifier, including:
| Data | Deleted |
|---|---|
| Anonymous usage record (daily/monthly translation counts, Face‑to‑Face minute usage, rewarded‑ad bonus counters, subscription‑verification cache) keyed to your anonymous ID | Yes — permanently deleted |
| Purchased Face‑to‑Face minute balance and the transaction identifiers used to credit it | Yes — permanently deleted (unused paid minutes are forfeited) |
| Any error/diagnostic entries linked to your anonymous ID | Yes — permanently deleted |
| Data | Status | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Screenshots and microphone audio | Nothing to delete | Never uploaded or stored by us. Screenshots are processed on your device; live‑translation audio is streamed only to produce the translation and is not retained. |
| Shared translation cache | Not individually deletable | Translated snippets may be cached keyed by a one‑way hash of the input and are not associated with your identity or your anonymous ID, so they contain no personal data to link back to you. |
| Purchase / subscription records held by Google Play & RevenueCat | Managed by those providers | Payment and subscription history is retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for billing, tax, and legal obligations. Manage these through your Google Play account; see their privacy policies. |
Anonymous usage counters are short‑lived by design and are periodically reset (daily and monthly). When you send a deletion request, the record tied to your anonymous ID is removed within 30 days. Data that we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records held by our payment providers) is retained only for the period required by law.
